This was my first visit to Cantrell location. I got a friendly hello from staff as I entered, was directed to cat area. In and out fast due to Covid. All staff and customers wearing masks, yay. Friendly chit chat at register, about my 15 yr old cat who has become finicky about what she eats. Left with wet and dry food to entice her. Person at register genuinely seemed to care about my baby Emma. Thank you for a good retail experience. Rare. --Scarlett Burroughs
