The staff is always super knowledgeable on products (for the most part) However I don’t appreciate the demeanor change when it’s mentioned that my dog is ecollar trained and clear disdain when I asked about an ecollar bungee collar.

Great customer service Team, My Terrier does not care for this brand of food either, I don't know what to do? May have to try the Dry Raw food, Not sure..
