Next to how great the employees are their return policy if my dog/cat does not like the new food, no questions asked except for "what should we try instead". I did a price comparison on liver springles for my dog and Amazon was 2 times the price higher on Amazon.I really enjoy shopping at Hollywood, Thanks, Ron
