Every time I visit the store there is always someone who welcomes me and asks if I need assistance. And even if I don’t, the staff is ready to ring me up quickly and ask if o need help carrying dog food to the car . My brand sometimes is out of the mid size but they check the pallets that have arrived and unwrap just so I get my preferred size bag. The customer service is excellent, the knowledge of the staff is also great and the variety and cleanliness of the store is also appreciated.

Wonderful customer service and knowledge of products. I was looking for a specific brand of treats that my dog loves and the the young man helping Mr able to recommend other products in that line to try, he was very attentive to my needs. I eikkbreturn to thank him for the recommendations.

We needed to switch dog food brands since Merrick was bought out by a Chinese company (known for cutting corners). Rudy was very helpful and informative and guided us to a new brand that our dog LOVES!
