was asked if I needed help but nobody was pushy, and was helped right away when I needed assistance. great service by the employees at this location. treats were a hit with the dogs so that’s also good

I was greeted when I walked in and a GREAT associate Chris helped me pick a new food for my dog!! And then recommended a supplement for her skin and even offered me a sample to see if it would help!! GREAT SERVICE!! i love Hollywood Feed!♥️

Every time I visit the store there is always someone who welcomes me and asks if I need assistance. And even if I don’t, the staff is ready to ring me up quickly and ask if o need help carrying dog food to the car . My brand sometimes is out of the mid size but they check the pallets that have arrived and unwrap just so I get my preferred size bag. The customer service is excellent, the knowledge of the staff is also great and the variety and cleanliness of the store is also appreciated.

Wonderful customer service and knowledge of products. I was looking for a specific brand of treats that my dog loves and the the young man helping Mr able to recommend other products in that line to try, he was very attentive to my needs. I eikkbreturn to thank him for the recommendations.
