Every time I go in the staff is as helpful as possible. If they don’t have exactly what I’m looking for they suggest alternatives. If my pets don’t like the alternative food for whatever reason they’ll take it back.

I love my Hollywood Feed Store - I am in probably every week - sometimes more than once a week as I have three dogs - big dogs - and they eat a lot.... the folks at the store know me - always greet me and offer to help - they are super nice. Whenever I have a question or want to try to find some new type of chewie or treat for my pups - they are always knowledgeable and helpful. I'm definitely a LOYAL shopper!

Super nice and pleasant to me but I also observed the Hollywood Feed sales person help an older woman and her patience and understanding was great! The woman was a 'tough cookie' and HF person was so great with her explanation and knowledge of dog food! We need more people like her around!!!
