Unfortunately if the person who helped me gave me her name- I’ve forgotten it. But she was knowledgeable and made an excellent recommendation on shampoo to help my Bichon who has allergies and could not stop itching even with his Apoquel. It worked immediately! I also wanted some of the itchy skin goats milk soap- so I’m going to try that on one if the other dogs!
