Service was great as always. The minus-1 is because I had been told that a case would be waiting for me (meaning a case price, too). Only 12 cans were there - no more were available. I had asked if they could order from another store and they said they had a case. I needed it anyway, but was just disappointed. That rarely ever happens at HF!

Holly was so helpful and made our big sale very easy and painless. We got all we needed and feel very secure with our purchase. PLUS! The dog beds she recommended have made it past two nights!! That’s the longest our large dogs have had cushiony comfort in their kennels! Big win!
