I love shopping at Hollywood Feed in Lakewood. The staff are so friendly and consistently the same - which makes you feel like you are visiting a friend. They are also extremely knowledgeable about their products, which can not be said for some of their competitors. I never enter the store without someone immediately asking me if I need help. Finally and most important I feel good about the quality of the food and treats I purchase for my dog.
Business response:
Thank you for the wonderful review, Kristi! Our staff attends 40-50 hours worth of training on both products and customer service throughout the year to learn how to best serve our customers! We're thrilled you're pleased and hope to see you again soon!
