Update from a previous post. After having had a bad experience with a groomer injuring our dog, who I understand is no longer with the store, Hollywood has totally come through. The manager Shea as well as the corporate office reached out and did their best to insure that things were addressed. We will be back.Â

Every time I come into HF itâs a great experience, and this latest trip definitely did not disappoint. I canât recall the name of the woman who helped me but she was so helpful, informative and patient!! She was also super sweet to my fur babies. I love shopping at HFÂ
