The employees are awesome and actually care about you and your dogs! They remember all three of dogs names and even check up with me about my sick dog Payton. Wonderful people and company! Best organic dog products!

Love the staff at this location, though they have had more managers than I can remember. We do miss the former groomer. Our dog was injured by the current groomer Ariel. Buyer beware, we will not be back.

Horrible service. Wanted to have my dog groomed. Through no fault of the store they were without water service on Thursday the day of the appointment but said they would work the dog in over the weekend and would call. Spoke with them on Friday and was told they would let me know. They never called so finally on Sunday I called. Was told they would call back. Didn’t so I called again said they couldn’t take the dog until the 11th. Communications were awful, follow up awful. Caused me to waste two days waiting for them. I am ... read more
