Every time I cross the door, I'm greeted with a friendly smile with offers to help me find what I'm looking for. Every. Single. Time. I'm in the store every 10 days. I have never had a negative experience, not once, in the three years I've been there. Whenever I have questions, the staff is eager to help and extremely knowledgeable on any topic. I will not go anywhere else for my pets needs. When we got our puppies, I went there with TONS of questions (we have large breed dogs) and they basically held my hand and walked me t... read more
