It's hard to explain without seeming disegenuous on how good our experience was today. We came once 8 months or so ago and have bought online ever since. Joy and crew let our dog play off leash with another dog in the store which was just beyond incredible. One of the greatest retail experiences I have ever had. JOY specifically was sublime, can't thank her enough.
