Im wondering why they stopped giving you the food purchase for free after your 12th buy of it. Other than that service is always nice and fast.

Elizabeth, thank you for the great review. Regular online orders that are shipped from our Memphis warehouse via FedEx do not contribute to our In Store Frequent Feeder Program. This is due to our compliance with our vendor's minimum online pricing guidelines. However, online orders made using our Same Day Delivery service, or our Curbside Service will come directly from a store near your location and do contribute to the Frequent Feeder program.

Great customer service! Our 6 month old pup was pretty nervous so they even have her a little goody bag of treats to go. So sweet! (We also ended up going back and buying more of the treats lol)
