Love the store. Spend $$. I really would like to see a reward program for $ spent...not just for dog food purchases. I never leave spending less than $30. It’d be nice for the company to show their appreciation for my loyalty

Replacement or refund promise is garbage. Tried to get credit for a supposedly very tough leather chew made for heavy chewers. Leather was falling apart within 15 minutes after giving it to our Vizsla. Was told there was nothing they could do because obviously “your dog loved it”. Wasn’t asking for a refund just credit towards next purchase. Still spent $80 plus today on other items. Don’t advertise empty promises.
