I like that they price match pretty much anyone and the customer service is stellar. I dropped a couple of stars because they had a deal where every 10th bag of dog food is free (or something along those lines) and I was repeatedly told that every time I came by managers and employees. This last visit, as I'm already like 6 bags in, I'm told that it doesn't apply to the Blue dog food I'm buying. They said it's up to the vendor to participate, which was never brought up before.
