Great customer service. Personable staff. The store is primarily dog oriented. Cat lovers fear not. They have a selection of foods including raw (frozen and dehydrated), litter supplies and other items. Would definitely like to see HWF expand the selection of feline products including more flavors and varieties of raw, another litter or two like WBC, some more collar options such as Rogz, and bowls such as Pawnosh Zorra bowls.

I love this store! Always happy to see me & very helpful! I don't go to any other pet stores except Hollywood Feed! The best! My dog would not be eating Fromm if I had not been introduced to that brand by your staff! Thank you for opening this store!

I go in at least once a week and have never had any complaints. The staff is welcoming and make me feel like more than just a customer which I find is a rarity in today’s busy world.
