Took my fur baby in to fit her for a new harness. She does not to well in pet shops, but she was so comfortable and at ease. She was willing to let the young lady pet her and fit her. Great store and awesome staff!

I appreciate the curbside service. It's easy to order online and there's never any waiting once I get to the store for car. I also appreciate the loyalty program and the fact that it's kept track of for me. The customer service is great, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I work nearby and drop in regularly on my lunch break to pick up treats and sometimes food for my pups. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable!
