Love this place, they are always so nice. Know about all the food for my dog and very helpful. Also so glad the company allows dogs in the store. It’s great.

Always greeted immediately and asked if I need assistance. Very good customer service experience although prices are a bit higher than other stores in our area.

it was ok I had come in for a leash as the Kong leash I purchased but had for a bit doesn't work properly and the girl that helped me said she couldn't take it back but I should reach out to Kong and let them know maybe they could do something. So from now on I guess I just do a one stop shop at petsmart unfortunately.

Not real friendly. Guess the manager was having a bad day. Received no treats for our dog in the car waiting or samples of foods he might like. Kind of sad experience
