The staff here are so friendly and knowledgeable! And soooo many fun toys for your fur babies to choose from!! Wow! What a selection!! This is my new favorite pet store!

Staff is not friendly at all. We’ve gone to the Chamblee location at least two dozen times, and we always get the same cold treatment. Not sure why, as we’re a friendly family. I was browsing toys once and a woman , who I believe is the owner, walked past me several times and never said hello or cracked a smile. We only continue to go because it’s convenient. We make our large purchases elsewhere. I don’t think they’re worth my business on large purchases. A smile goes a long way.

My dog had to have $3800 of dental work done due to the Primal frozen marrow bones that you sell. Your employees had told me how wonderfully healthy these were. I asked if the bones would be rough on my dog’s teeth & was assured that no damage would be done. It’s sad that you have the employees lying to sell bones that are so destructive to an animal’s teeth. I see that Hollywood Feed cares ONLY about profit. Currently I am spreading the word at every dog park I visit & everyone I meet about the Primal bones sold at Hollywoo... read more
