My experience at Hollywood Feed in Tallahassee was incredible. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the woman that helped my boyfriend and I, but she was amazing and made the experience so easy. We are getting our first dog together and she provided us with a new puppy list and showed us around the entire store and could thoroughly explain anything that we asked about. You have gained a customer for life just because of that experience! Oh- and thank you for carrying primal food!!

The customer experience was great, everyone was super friendly. They allowed me to use my bulk bags and gave Charlie many treat samples. I bought and loved the fish skins, mini greenies and duck feet. My only wish is if they offered more bulk smaller treats like biscuits. I would love to get more daily treats package free as well. The less packaging and plastic the better! Thanks for the care and love that you clearly have for your store.
