First, the customer service is fantastic. I never feel unwanted or like I'm wasting their time. Anytime I have a question, they're always here to help. I recently took my two GSP mix pups in for new harnesses, and we were able to try them on and fit them right in the store and head straight to the park! I also discovered their line of dog treats and I'm officially a convert.
