I have shopping at this store for several years, and I'm thoroughly impressed every time I visit! Customer service is impeccable! Super knowledgeable and very attentive. Especially kind when I was in the process of saying goodbye to my 17-year-old husky mix. THANKS! Customer furever!

Michael, manager at the Bartlett location is very polite and knowledgeable about dogs. He has been great help and I will continue to return to him for service.
