Rachel is the best. I am disabled and I also have COPD. She brings my food to the car for me. And she has done this before the Covid pandemic. A true asset to your company.

As usual OUTSTANDING Customer Service. Our dog became injured and I was able to easily return some ball chasing related items still in the packaging/not used by the gentleman (forgive me for not remembering his name) by looking up my feeder customer number. So easy and he rang everything else up so quickly and easily. He was most kind and also helped climb the ladder to retrieve some cases of Koha dog food for our dog. Always MUCH appreciated your care of us pet customers!! Blessings during this very difficult time with... read more
