Rachel is so helpful and when I have come to her with questions or need help,because I have two dogs and one has serious allergies and discipline issues, she is never let me down!

Our staff receives 40-50 hours of training each year on customer service and the pet products we have in store, and they are enthusiastic about sharing their expertise with our customers!
