Very very helpful young man with interesting hair recognizes me when I enter the store. He then gets me everything I need and gives me helpful information about food for aging dogs. This even while the store is busy.

I went in to look for food additives for my dog like an oil or powder to help for things like digestion or water additives as well as some Easter basket treats. Found some Easter treats but didn't really see any available staff to ask for help. Didn't have a particular item in mind anyway. Great service at checkout, especially when an item was price checked that wasn't marked!

The young lady met me near the entrance to see how she could help. She then rang up my purchase and carried my 35 pound bag if dig food out to my car,

Michael was amazing. He assisted me with figuring out what my 4 week old puppy needed without his momma around. I was given several feeding, and given the choice of which direction to take. I appreciated not feeling incompetent (being a new puppy mother) and not feeling pushed or bullied into going a certain way. 24 hours later, my puppies tummy is full and no longer upset. He loves his new collar and stuffed animal. THANK YOU Hollywood Feed for hiring Michael - he is a true asset to your company.

When I walked thru the door, I'd never been to the store on Summer. My Pitsky, Mipha, has food allergies. We have thrown away hundreds of dollars trying to find a food she can handle. I had bought a small bag of Zignature Whitefish from Amazon and she has done well. I ordered a large bag but she was running out and I didn't want to go backwards by feeding her Science Diet we had.
