Business response:
Thank you for this amazing review, Teresa!! Our team works hard to provide the best service, products, and information during every visit!!
I used self dog wash, the employee gave me only a tiny cup of shampoo and conditioner for my long hair King German Shepherd... I had to have my son constantly go back and forth, more than six times. I got tired of having to go back and forth so many times, so we even gave up halfway through getting my dog washed and just left. I'll never go back again.
Business response:
Please accept our apologies, for the frustrating experience you had during your self dog wash visit! We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to have to send your son back more than six times for shampoo and conditioner, especially for a long-haired King German Shepherd who deserves a full, thorough wash. This is not the standard of service we strive to provide, and we are truly sorry that you and your pup had to leave without completing the wash.
