Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. Not to mention so knowledgeable. I will be back to get new dog food for my poodle, because they gave me such great information. Thank you
Business response:
Sara, thank you so much for your positive review! Our staff attends 40-50 hours worth of training on both products and customer service throughout the year to learn how to best serve our customers! We understand that pets are a huge part of our customers' lives, and we make it our mission to make them and you a part of the Feed Family! We've now opened up much of our internal training to the public that users can view resources and training classes at hfu.hollywoodfeed.com. Hollywood Feed offers a huge variety of treats, snacks, chew items, food, beds--you name it, they have it! Plus, everyone there LOVES dogs and loves ON the dogs! My dog is always an extremely pampered pup when we visit! My only wish is that they didn't talk my husband into buying HUGE bags of crunchy treats--it's going to take us MONTHS to get through them all, LOL!
Business response:
Sandra, we are so happy to hear about your wonderful experience at our store. Our team works hard to provide the best customer service possible, and we are so happy to hear we accomplished that goal during your most recent visit. We are so grateful for the ability to let our customers bring their pets into our store so we can get to know them and our customers a little bit better.
