I love shopping at the Nichols Hills location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They take the time to get to know their regular customers and their pets, which makes it feel like you’re going to see friends every time you shop.

The people working there were so nice and helpful. We got new collars, leashes, a harness, and treats. They switched the tags for me, which was a big help. They found just the right sizes and fits for both Harry and Pippa!
