It was my first time in store and every employee treated me with kindness, explaining their processes and asking/offing me so much help. I will definitely be returning - they just received a lifelong customer. Thank you!

Very nice employees. Bright and shiny and happy to help me find what I was looking for for picky kitty cat! Also, they have cool gifts for animal lovers besides toys and play things. They have some picture-prints, some cool purses and billfolds...my next b-day present to self!!!
Business response:
Stevie, thank you so much for your stellar review! Our staff receives 40-50 hours of training each year on customer service and the pet products we have in store, and they are enthusiastic about sharing their expertise with our customers. We've opened up much of our internal training to the public and you can view resources and training classes at hfu.hollywoodfeed.com. We hope to see you again very soon!
