As owner of Pawsitive Focus and 2 amazing pups; I have experienced a welcoming atmosphere every time I enter their doors. Their kennels are amazing! The return policy on their food is true. A great store to definitely experience for yourself and your pup! Tell them Stacy sent you!

the young woman who helped me had poor communication skills, and knew ittle about the products -- in this case dog collars and leads. She wasn't aware that dog size (often in pounds or inches) is printed on each product tag. Additionally, she said "gotcha" far too many times.
