We go through about 40-50 hours of classroom-style training each year to stay up to date on product knowledge, pet health, and nutrition. I have a diabetic cat who needs kibble with low carbs. I've been giving him the prescription food, but it's not made with the best ingredients (chicken meal, yuck!). I thought I'd try to find something with higher quality ingredients, but still low carb and high protein, even if it's not prescription. The people here were SUPER helpful and knowledgeable and very patient with my indecisiveness, which as a bit of an anxious person means a lot to me. Given I came from Hot Springs, I wanted to get a big bag, but wasn't sure abou... read more
