I have found the customer service really very good at the Fort Myers store. I recently had a knee replacement and unable many times to lift the 30 lb of food into my cart and then into my car. I usually buy five to seven bags at one time so this is very overwhelming to lift but the staff is always willing to lift them into the cart and then put them in my car for me which I so appreciate.
