I have no words for a score except ZERO! Not even sure if I'll return. I've been shopping in this store for the past 5 years minimum, and dealing with Scott as it was PetPeople and now Hollywood Feed. Scott has, was, is, extremely pationate about his work, goes out of his way to meet the customers needs, honest, sincere. Knows pretty much what all his regular customers need and their names, along w the pups. Over the the years they lost most help, snd Scott and another employee pretty much worked 24/7 and no complaints!!... read more

we asked for a price on something, no one seemed to care.
The nicest thing they done for me was when I went to go buy dog food I had forgotten my wallet and I think there was like 30 minutes left till they closed. I get to the counter, they scan the food, and it hit me i forgot my stupid wallet. I believe it was the manager but i could be horrible wrong anyways she said "oh thats not problem you can take it home and just pay us back on your next visits" i said "are you sure" like 30 times her response was "we know where you live" granted I do come to this store alot.
