Every time I go to HF I am met with a friendly greeting! The sales are great. The staff know their stuff about the products. I have a dog who can’t metabolize high fat dog foods. Anji pointed me to a great food that my dog loves. He was in the Grandma Mae’s low fat dog food but then Anji suggested I try the Nulo grain free Cod and Lentils to eliminate grains and chicken from his diet to help with allergies. Not only does my dog love the food but his itchiness has dramatically improved! Love the Bethelview HF store!!!

Excellent. Customer Service! Dog food price increases are the only reason for less than 5 stars, but they are nation wide.
