The associates are very helpful and friendly. I like the return policy. It is reassuring to know that if your pet does not like the choices I make trying to satisfy the finicky eater. I can return it and try something else. I also feel better about the choice of food as what is in the product and where it is made.

I have seen my birds & dogs enjoy all the products I’ve purchased from you. I’m interested in healthy products preferably made in the USA. I gain confidence in your store when your associates either use your products & can give valuable info or know a product is good for it’s intended purpose.
