Chris, thank you so much for your positive review! Our staff attends 40-50 hours worth of training on both products and customer service throughout the year to learn how to best serve our customers! We understand that pets are a huge part of our customers' lives, and we make it our mission to make them a part of the Feed Family! We've now opened up much of our internal training to the public that users can view resources and training classes at hfu.hollywoodfeed.com. It is always a pleasure to have such wonderful feedback! ... read more
