Great customer service! Looking for a certain brand of food for my puppy, and you only carried the small bag (not cost efficient for me), so, the salesperson was kind enough to say she would call the buyer and see if she could get the bigger bag stocked in her store...still waiting to hear back.

Customer service is excellent. Vic and Rebecca are fantastic! Staff is knowledgeable but if they don’t know something they find out. Great resource. Hollywood Feed is my go to pet store!
