Amazing. First time in the store and I found exactly what I was looking for. The lady that helped me was soooo helpful and helped me find the perfect product for my dogs. So professional and knew the products. She was awesome.

Tom is the absolute best. He was there with a new trainee and had everything handled even with the sudden rush of customers that came in, while still giving our dogs the Hollywood star treatment we are used to. My big dog gets excited even when we get near the Mansfield location because he knows that’s where Tom is.
