They accepted my unopened bag of food for a full refund and donated my half used bag of food after my cat rejected the food from stomach issues. Combined with advice from my vet, they helped me identify some replacement food for a gradual switch. Really appreciated the help thank you.

Keri is the only groomer that can make friends with our dog Ellie. She does a fantastic job and completes Ellie’s haircut within the time she tells us.

As always, a great experience! This was my first time ordering online and using the pick-up option, it was so convenient! Jamie (sorry if I spelled her name wrong), has helped me in the past with my dog's many food allergies, and she has remembered me each time including today. She, and everyone else there are so nice and helpful. Hollywood Feed reminds me of the family-run places I grew up going to in the tiny little farm town I lived in.
