The store is always cluttered pallets everywhere and when my cane corso is full grown I dont think I'd feel comfortable being him in there. Secondly when asking about promotional coupons as im checking out the clerk couldn't give definitive answers and when I kept asking she didnt seek anyone's help for answers and basically caught an attitude and said we'll i can take the discount off.. I have considered not shopping at Hollywood Feed any long period because customer service and marketing seem shady.

Don't place items that are not clearly marked discounted in the discount section. Also, don't combine items in a way that makes it look like one piece and yet you charge twice because the items are separate and again, not marked as such.

I was never greeted when I entered the store or asked if I needed help locating anything. Used the self check out and left without any interaction from an employee. The entire time an employee was behind the counter. Makes me not want to do any business there
Staff was condescending and acted like I was an inconvenience in the store. The one with the bull ring in her face rolled her eyes at me when I did not want to buy CBD oil she recommended. I would appreciate them to not give medical advice unless they go to get school.
