This store has great customer service. I'm always greeted and asked if I need help. I almost always bring my dog with to pick out his treats and he is warmly welcomed. When I do have my dog, someone always carries his good to my car for me. They have a great selection and good prices. It's my dog's favorite store!

I don’t know their names only their faces, but the young man (Banelli owner), young lady (wears glasses and has been there awhile twenty’ish) and the lady with red hair, at the front counter are always courteous and helpful. Great customer interaction, friendly, inclusive and always offers to grab and carry our puppy food. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The only place I'll go for my dogs food, treats and anything else! They know their products and are always friendly and helpful!
