Just got a new puppy and was in to pick up chew toys. The lady was extremely helpful walked me through the store showed me things and shared whats worked for her as well as well as what sells the most. Made me feel like she cared for the best interest of our new pup. I will be a Loyola customer due to the friendless and knowledge of the staff.
