Zoey who was working that day gave me a lot of help when I was trying to pick some chews and treats for my pup. Always love coming in here, lots of great customer service, but not to much where it seems like you can't be left alone.

Guy seemed like he was doing me a favor but had no pet personality. I had hoped he could refund a charge from another Hollywood Feed location but said that store would have to handle it. Was not thrilled with the level of service normally accustomed to your stores.

I use your business because it convenient, BUT YOUR SIGNAGE IS MISLEADING. Also, I was checking out and one of YOUR employees was GIVING a friend of her’s free fish dog treats because they were broken, now the fish skin treats are 10” long, and she was giving the broken pieces to a friend. I know this because I heard her say, “those are broken, you can have them. THIS IS STEALING from you and wrong.
