Ladies are knowledgeable on the different food brands, treats and shampoos. Quick to help and the return policy is great.
The ladies were so wonderful in their willingness to help us find the right harness. We’ve had trouble finding one that he can’t escape out of. They took their tight to adjust the new one several times to find the right fit.
