I like that everyone in the stores is helpful with ideas of why you or your pet might want a product. There's are a warmth emanating from the staff.

Great customer service! Employees always ask if I need help finding or grabbing something, and they are very knowledgeable of the products when I ask questions. Good selection of tough dog toys that hold up well to my super chewer, and my senior cat loves the Fromm wet and dry food.
