Hi, Donna, our Frequent Feeder program works by averaging the purchases made under a particular brand over time and taking the average amount off of your redeemable purchase. For example, with Fromm, you can redeem your discount after 12 purchases of dog food (cases of cans or bags of dry food). If you buy a small bag half the time, and a large bag the other half, you would receive a coupon averaging the amount spent over those 12 bags, which would be less than a full large bag would cost.
