Excellent customer service! Knew exactly what I needed, and they fitted him for a harness. Now he can ride hooked up to the seatbelt with the top down on the convertible without jumping out of the car, and I can drive safely without worrying about my baby boy, Ted Lasso! I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Rebecca at the store, and her customer service was exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different products and helped me find the perfect food for my pet's specific dietary needs. Rebecca is the BEST!!! Always so friendly and helpful when I come into the store. She actually helped me find a dry dog food that my picky eater will eat.
