I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Rebecca at the store, and her customer service was exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different products and helped me find the perfect food for my pet's specific dietary needs. Each staff member of the Hollywood team is friendly as well as helpful. They truly go the extra mile in order to help such as helping with a water fountain,helping with a harness,or taking my purchases to my car,and these are just a few examples.They know my dog by name,and this makea for a great outing for her as well.
