Customer service is exceptional they always listen and clearly direct to products that meets the needs of the request. Helpful for all needs but freedom to browse and shop the very fun venue for both customer and pets alike. This store has excellent products and customer service. The anytime returns policy is great. My finicky little dog often guves me reason ti return treats but I find that I spend motmre money because not afraid to try new options.
