The staff are always great and helpful! I know masks can make it difficult to recognize customers, but I'm always grateful when they ask about my dog Otis. Always super clean! Rather go here than those big box stores.

My dog Katy and I love this store! The team greets us by name and goes over and above to help us. Recently they had to close temporarily we were so worried about them, and so relieved when they were able to open up again. THEY ARE THE BEST!
