This store is the perfect blend of boutique charm (and quality) and large retail selection. The customer service was great and the store location is just perfect for me: right next door to where I do my grocery shopping, so I can grab my dog's food and treats around the same time I shop for my food. We've needed a store like this closer to the "back" of The Woodlands.

I am very disappointed in the service I recieved at the woodlands location. As someone who is a former employee and now a paying customer, I can say that the service is subpar. The store manager, Maciel was so abrasive and rude. I made a purchase online for same day delivery. The product didn't work, so I went in to do an exchange. She said and I quote, "you cannot do the exchange and it is not my problem." I called corporate to file a complaint and they have yet to get back with me. Not happy with the new self checkout. The same reason as I don’t go to Walmart. For these prices, I expect some customer service, not to be told they are busy and I can do it myself.

20+ minutes for curbside! Called & clerk said was helping other customer AND THEN FORGOT ME. I was parked in front of the glass door. I had to go inside the store & found her sweeping at the back of the store. She apologized, but that did not return my wasted time. She brought bag to my car and She gave me dog treats although I bought 10 lbs of CAT food. My cat got into these before I could put the little bags away. :-( I hope I get the other staff to help me because they ALWAYS have given 110% attention.
